We are experts at guttering, but holiday time is what truly has our hearts! We do Easter egg hiding in the spring, spooky Halloween décor and lighting in the fall, and Christmas lighting as early as November 1st. For more permanent lighting, clients can request patio lighting to transform their outside space into a backyard getaway. What We Will Cover
LIGHTING INSTALLATION
We install holiday lights, including strings of lights, icicle lights, and outdoor lighting displays. With the option to Rent or purchase C-9 Commercial Grade Lights from us.
WREATH & GARLAND HANGING
We include the hanging of holiday wreaths and garlands on windows, doors, and other exterior areas.
ANIMATED DISPLAY SETUP & INSTALLATION
We include the setup of holiday displays, such as Nativity scenes, gingerbread houses, and Santa’s workshops.
We also include the installation of animated displays, such as moving reindeer, Santa Claus, and snowmen.
ORNAMENT PLACEMENT
We involve the placement of holiday ornaments, such as snowflakes, stars, and bells, around the exterior of the home.
TREE DECORATION
We decorate outdoor holiday trees, including the placement of lights and ornaments.
OTHER HOLIDAY DECORATIONS
We include the setup of Fourth July, Baby Showers, Halloween, Easter Birthdays, Anniversaries & more.

I’ve been looking to do professional Christmas lights on my house for years, and when I came across an ad for just this, I figured it was a sign. I contacted Richie Exterior Cleaning Services and the owner Richie was very responsive. He called me to explain things to me, and quickly set up a day to come out for a free estimate. He helped me figure out the best color and I decided to go with warm white, and I purchased the lights vs. renting. When I booked the service, we agreed on a day. I was actually out of the country when he came to do it, and it was so nice to come and surprise my children with the lights. The whole family loved the lights and we received so many compliments. When it was time to take everything down, Richie scheduled a day/time and took everything down neatly and packaged it very nicely for me”
